Return & Refund Policy – MeowPeow

At MeowPeow, your satisfaction is important to us! If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

  1. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Returns are only accepted if:

The item arrived damaged or defective.

The received product is incorrect (wrong color, size, or model).

  1. The item must:

Be unused and in original packaging.

  1. Clear photos of the product are required for assessment.

Non-returnable Items:

Hygienic, personal, or consumable items that have been opened.

Customized or personalized products requested by the customer.

Return Shipping Costs:

If the issue is from our side or the supplier’s, MeowPeow covers the return cost.

For other reasons (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Refunds:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
